Education and Training

Neocomp provides basic training on the Microsoft Operating System and general PC software. If necessary, this service is offered as a complimentary bonus with the purchase of a new computer hardware system. This training is very basic, yet complete, and is limited to such issues as: system startup / shutdown; opening / closing files and applications; software installation; and general maintenance.
The client may discuss the option of receiving further, more detailed training at a price/rate agreed upon by both the client and instructor. The price will be additional to that of the initial hardware purchase and may run from $10 per hour to $60 per hour depending on the type of training and software involved. Examples of this service include: troubleshooting Windows 95 and DOS; operating system diagnostics; detailed file management; running your system efficiently; Office 95 software training. Instruction with Office 95 and Office 97 include the major Microsoft applications including: MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Access. File transfer, integration, and linking within Office 95 / 97 is included.
