Maintenance
This service will be offered as a complimentary service for one year after the sale of the computer system. Maintenance will entail a technician: reviewing the hardware and software of the computer; checking that crucial system files are in tact and not corrupted; general efficiency of the operating system; and diagnostic care of the computer (e.g. defragmentation on, viruses, memory allocation, etc.). The service will be administered twice that first year of complimentary maintenance. It is the consumer's responsibility to contact NeoComp and arrange for the date, time, and place that the system is to undergo its biannually maintenance. After the first year, the consumer can choose system maintenance as much as desired at an agreed cost. Similarly, the consumer can choose additional maintenance (outside of the two scheduled) during the first year at an agreed cost. 
NeoComp also offers computer accessories (printers, scanners, modems, sound cards, etc.) to both company clients and outside customers. Sales procedures of purchase, installation, and guarantee are the same for accessories, peripherals as that for the computer systems. A complete list of accessories can be obtained by contacting Neocomp directly. Computer users can choose NeoComp for quality upgrades of their computer hardware and software. Current Neocomp customers can upgrade their systems at a discount. Non-NeoComp customers can still enjoy the significant savings that the company has to offer with its products and services.
